Michael Bronstein’s ICLR keynote on “Geometric Deep Learning”.

This is about an ambitious project, to start from first principles based on “symmetries” to construct a general model to encompass all kinds of deep learning methods, including CNNs, transformers, graph neural networks, etc. etc.
